What's going on everybody welcome back to Talking Baseball. We hope you had a fantastic weekend myself Jimmy Trev Jake.

BBD we are all here. We are excited because we had a very nice and long chat with World Series winner Sean Dullittle was kind enough to give us a lot of his time to discuss all things baseball.

Did you guys enjoy this one Jake?

I did enjoy it. It started off heavy. I guess it was more heavy baseball than I thought. I thought we were going to get off the rails with Sean because he's kind of a fan slash he's seen what we were doing so he kind of knows what we're about.

The baseball stuff was incredible though. I mean everything from that 2019 Nats team to his coming up.

How he thinks was really good and then as always we got off the rails a little bit but yeah man cool dude.

Trev you had played with him before in in Oakland for a little bit right?

I did I got to know him in 2017 and he's just like I love it he's smart he's calculated like he's a guy that really understands himself and like kind of like what he does and he just has really settled into like being himself and I love that.

Yeah he's really just like coming to his own mentions that a little bit towards the end but just a good dude.

It's a really good dude and a really good pitcher.

If you're a nationals fan get excited because some of the stories you told about the conga lines and the dancing and the team chemistry are like porn for a fan that team just.

Everything you want to do and you just want to hear about the culture and relive it more strapping I won't make you wait any longer.

We are joined by 2008 Arizona fall league rising star or Sean do do how you doing brother.

Do you get that a lot?

Glory days baby yeah people you would you would be surprised man people don't forget.

And that was that was back in your your swinging day so I didn't know if that was going to be are those are those phone memories at this point where where those memories that.

Fall league was one of the most fun times of my baseball career I had a blast playing in a fall league we we won it in 2008 there were some really good guys on that team.

So I look back on on that time as a hitter very very fondly.

Did you get hurt I mean because I know it was it was knee injuries right that the rail the swinging days did they cut knee and call the Arizona fall league the Arizona get hurt league.

Oh I don't know do they call I think I've heard that before I haven't heard it I mean I don't know but ultimately that was 2008 I tore up my knee in.
