In 1959, the bodies of 10 young students, experienced hikers and skiers were found in bizarre and puzzling ways,

strewn over a forested mountain top.

Their deaths would remain a mystery.

Until a week ago, I kid you not.

This is the story of the Dyloff Pass.

So they gave them a starts in 1959.

There's a group of early, the 20-somethings, they're all in their early 20s from like 20 to 23.

There's one 38-year-old outlier to kind of lead them, has a little bit more experience under his belt.

And they all study at the year-old Polytechnical Institute.

And it was an organized skiing expedition across the year-old mountains in the Soviet Union.
