Hello, everybody. Welcome back. Thank you, as always, for listening. Today is another

real person chat where I'm joined by John McLaren. John was so kind as to come on and

share his story and his retirement plans. He's recently retired, as you'll hear. And what's

interesting or a little different from folks I normally have on this episode, as you hear,

John has two daughters who have disabilities

and special needs. And so his planning isn't just about for himself and his partner in their

retirements, but more so generational planning considerations to account for helping his daughters

when he and his wife are eventually gone and making sure they have

the resources and capital and assets that they need for their lives. So very interesting

information from John. And as you heard on the last week's episode of Liz Yoder, the financial

planner chat, Liz is a specialist in special needs planning.

So, you know, I picked up a lot of great information in my chat with Liz. And now again,

today I with John. So for those of you listening, it was actually intentional that I had sort of

back-to-back episodes with special needs related themes because I know that's one of my weak spots

professionally. So, you know, hopefully it's helpful to those of you listening where these,

these considerations do pertain to you in your lives that you get a lot out of them.
