I think self-awareness is the biggest superpower anyone can have.

You need to understand the impact that you have on others, what your strengths are, what they may not be.

And I think if you have that combination of self-belief and self-awareness, you'll be invincible.

Today for episode 139, I am chatting with Mindy Grossman.

She is the CEO and president of WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers.

This episode meant a lot to me because as it comes to my journey, Weight Watchers at the time was a really big part of it. And something

that Mindy and I riff about in today's episode is I pretty much don't know a single person who

hasn't been in some way connected to the brand, whether they too used to go to a WW Center or

if their parent went or an aunt or a friend or just someone.

I mean, for so many of us, it has been a part of our lives.

And it was really awesome for me today to get the opportunity to chat with Mindy,

to hear about her personal story with weight loss, her story as an entrepreneur.

It's full of highs and lows and some really interesting moments.

I mean, Mindy talks to me about being pretty convinced that she was going to be a lawyer, she was engaged,

and then all of a sudden she was like, you know what? That's not up my alley anymore.
