well hey dudes hey anybody by the way anybody you're listening thank you so much for like

all of the great like reviews and stuff you've been all of the kind things that you've been

saying about Ian and I we love you we feel better about ourselves honestly ourselves. Honestly, because we didn't really have

like a gauge on if anybody would be into it or not. We were like, is anybody going to like this?

Is this a bit too base? But everybody's digging it, right? Are you getting nice messages?

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I've gotten some really great messages.

And, you know, I mean, it's so much fun. It's fun when someone says, oh, this thing that you said, you know, helped out in some way. And then I'm like, what, what was it that I said? Like, sometimes I got to go back and like, what, what was it? Like, someone sent me a quote. and I was like, I don't remember saying that at all.

And you're like, oh, this was huge for me.

I'm like, what?

So I'm like I don't remember saying that at all

I got to be careful about what I say because there are actually other people listening

now hopefully nobody listened to last week I was just completely I was talking to last week was

one of my favorites oh really I was

oh yeah I was just like if anybody didn't listen to last week I was just I was speaking to

Phil earlier and Phil's obviously he's um SBL dad he's sort of like hugs us all and keeps

in alignment but he's he's he's the director of ops of SBL.

And I was like, oh man, I was like last week's podcast, I was like, I was just, yeah,

I was, I'd like, if anybody has listened to it and just thought, what the heck was going on?

I had sort of like, I was like, I'd just had a week of hell, like, just like loads of stuff to do.

I just like worked myself to the absolute bone, like a few like 12 to 14 hours a day, like days.
