So I've done a little bit of an intro there but for people who aren't so familiar with you

tell them a little bit about who you are and what you do.

I am a strong man and a strength coach by trade that's what I do.

I started lifting when I was in high school and I was mentored by my uncle who was a martial artist

he was a power lifter he was a bodybuilder he ran marathons he was a very influential man in my life

and I knew when I got into high school when he started he actually became a personal trainer

in 1993 and I'm about 14 years old I knew that when he put that barbell in my hand for the first

time I knew that's what I wanted to do for us my life I was like I was genetically designed

to do this and I was inclined to do it just by but just the excitement of growing stronger so

I used that to play college football and study exercise science and I ended up start my own gym

called strength camp way back in like it was 2007 and it was it was the first time that

YouTube came out also and so I started using YouTube to get people to come to my low warehouse
