At 205 pounds Lauren was insecure, stressed about money and holding so much trauma and unworthiness. And she was chronically unwell. Suffering childhood trauma and sexual trauma, Lauren was carrying so much weight on her shoulders and she hit many rock bottoms. Now, Lauren is free from all of that. Lauren has healed her chronic illness, she has healed a motherwound and a fatherwound and she has come home to her true self.
