So I've sort of hinted at this in previous episodes, but now that the paperwork's done,

I can say it without jinxing it.

Folks, this is now truly a podcast with adult women because I'm a homeowner now.

Yes, a homeowner.

Yeah. I've officially bought the condo I moved into. I got to move in early because the

guy was buying it from was cool. But yeah, I own it. I own this. It almost, being a home,

becoming a homeowner on Monday almost makes up for the rest of my crappy week, which involved, like, I don't, I,

I hit something with my front tire and it messed up the alignment of my car.

Car troubles are the worst because they're so expensive.

Yeah, I mean, I haven't, it was super snowy.

I don't.

I haven't taken it on the road yet to check how it is if it's like, for real that I messed it up.

Either way, I already, like, got it an appointment with a mechanic to get it looked at.

So. Yeah, the car vet.

Yeah, the car vet. It's really cool, um, because, you know, I just bought a house.

So I'm, like, doing really good on money.

I'm shaking my head.

But another thing about buying a house is, um, I've, I'm finding the best places acoustically to record.
