Absolutely, and I'm delighted to be doing so. We want to hear the whole story. Gareth is an author,

radio show host, and speaker. His passion is challenging preconceptions and helping people transform and grow into authenticity,

happiness, purpose, and sense of fulfillment without sacrificing worldly and career success.

Oh, my goodness.

Well, my life is probably not very interesting to anybody else, but it's very interesting to me.

And I'm just, I am extremely busy in a lot of ways.

I'm loving all of it. So'm just I am extremely busy in a lot of ways and loving all of it.

So things that I am doing, I am heavily involved with second helpings, which is a food recovery organization.

I am actually shortly to be the incoming president of that organization and we rescue about three quarters of a million pound of food every year here in the Atlanta area,

which comes from grocery stores and restaurants and places like that.
