Jessica says, every week, my grade level gets 45 minutes to plan.

I am the grade level chair, and there are four of us on the team.

As much as I want to be productive at these meetings, we all know where this is going,

the meetings turn into chit-chat about our kids or issues we have in the classroom.

I enjoy this, but then I am upset at myself because the meeting was not productive.
