hey everybody it's scoots here and i know you might be getting ready to, you're getting in bed, you're getting comfortable.

If this show, if you fall asleep fast, it's critical, uh, you listen.

If you fall asleep fast, uh, this show's kind of designed to put people to sleep over a 20 or 30 minute period, but that's great.
