Yeah, I get it on, got the on the judgment, get them in the,

Dr Drew's Board certified.

It also takes care care with the specialist because of his medicine background.

And none of that seems to matter anymore.

No, it does not.

Because of bureaucracies, corporations, those, that's for you who you want practicing medicine.

You know, we were talking last show about the enemy of bureaucracy is now the enemy, which I think

you and I have discussed many times over the years.

But now that they're practicing medicine.

And my thing is, well, if you're going to have strict bureaucratic guidelines

and not allow physicians to use their judgment, which you have invested 14 years in training and developing,

let's not have doctors, it's a lot less expensive, have the nurse practitioners do it. Why not? I mean if that's what you want

that's how we'll do it. It's good. Doctors cannot improvise, cannot do things that the FDA does not approve.

We are trained to do anything that we think within our best judgment based on reading the

scientific literature, anything that we believe can help the patient in that moment.

No, no, I mean there are guidelines, but there's no inability to improvise and do what we think is best based on our judgment.
