0:00.0	I was feeling like I was very aligned, lifestyle wise, but there was this one experience where I always had doubts.
0:11.0	And I remember sitting at his table and he had all the paperwork on the
0:16.3	table in front of me and it was the day that I was supposed to sign the paperwork and
0:20.0	it just felt so icky inside.
0:23.3	Everything in my body was saying, whatever you do, man,
0:26.0	don't sign this paperwork.
0:28.2	This is not a favorable deal for you.
0:31.5	You are going to lose everything. This is what my inner guidance was essentially telling me, you know, don't sign this paperwork. And I ignored it. I ignored my inner guidance very consciously.
0:45.4	I had to override it because I was again driven by greed.
0:49.6	And sure enough, as soon as I signed it literally like the next week. There was all these news
0:56.2	reports about the real estate bubble bursting and people losing money and
1:02.4	foreclosing on their properties and having to short sell and
