I've been getting a lot of emails from people about podcast episodes I've done in the past talking about my childhood and

kind of the journey I've been through therapy and what I've learned and how that's helpful.

And I would like to have more conversations like that.

I am having a hard time finding guests to talk about stuff like that with.

So I want everybody listening to know that I am getting your emails and I would like to talk about more mental health stuff too.

But I want to talk about it with the right people and the right kind of agenda.

So that's I hear you and I'm trying to get some more people to open up about their own processes and Jernies.

So hopefully coming soon more of that hopefully.

In the meantime today we're talking about hobbies which actually to me ended up being kind of a mental health

episode for me because during the course of discussing hobbies with Kathy and

Kirsten who have two very defined hobbies,

or more than two, but each women have very defined hobbies,

I discovered some things about myself

that I think were really important.

So even though this episode may seem light, I think it had some good

important moments in it where I kind of figured out how my perspective is not right about some things and how I'm functioning and where

some of those perspectives may have come from and how I could maybe change them.

So hopefully this turned into a mental health episode that just started out as talking about hobbies.
