Wow, even just saying that word feels so heavy. And if you're currently going through that, I just have so much

compassion for you and love. And I want you to know that going through a breakup or leaving a

relationship that isn't serving you, even if it's not romantic, but other relationships. That is such a

brave thing to do. I think this warrants a dramatic sip of tea very early on in our podcast

To be honest with you, I actually just recorded 10 minutes of what I thought would be this podcast episode,

but I ended up deleting all of it because this is very shaky territory to walk on.

I do want to share with you my personal experience with breakups and heartbreak, and I do want to tell you a part of my story that you probably don't know.

And I also want to be respectful of privacy and respect the other person in this relationship because

even though things ended really ugly and even though we were toxic for each other, I know that
