All right guys today we got a special guest on the podcast. His name is Gerald Harris.

And Gerald Harris, I guess the best way to introduce him is he's a thrice retired MMA fighter because the dude has retired from

MMA and he just keeps coming back, this is a guy who has competed in mixed

martial arts all the way from his 20s and now he's on into his 40s and he's still

competing at a high level but this guy as well he is the all-time leader in wins for

Cleveland State University wrestling and like a lot of wrestlers he did make that

transition into MMA he was an MMA fighter and he still is an MMA fighter, but he's fought in the

UFC and Bell Tour, the World Series of Fighting, Dream, he's fought in a lot of

different organizations and we certainly talk about that in the podcast.

But the dude has 26 wins in MMA. And regardless of the organization that that the But even beyond that this is a guy that has had some of the most spectacular knockouts that you will ever see in the history of MMA. So I'm really really excited to talk about that and we certainly get into that here in this podcast and here's the

other thing I'll just give you a little peek behind the curtain here so this is a

guy that he was introduced to me by a friend and so we got him on the

podcast so this is a guy that's not you know it doesn't have a whole lot of

expectations he's done a lot of these

interviews before but around the time that we scheduled this interview was right

around the time the coronavirus stuff really started to ramp up so everyone's scared about COVID-19, everybody's

freaking out. But here's the other thing is Zoom, went from about two or three million users to a

week later having like over a hundred million users.

So we initially tried to do this interview over Zoom.

Didn't work out.

We had to, you know, kind of throw a couple of Hill Mary's.
