Father Bonaventure Chapman,

It's been a little while since we've recorded an episode together.

I feel like there was a three-week period where we recorded all of the episodes

because everyone was having technical difficulties and we were just

persistent enough.

So in the time that has transpired since our last, what would you call that, Recording session. How are things?

Unsurprisingly the same. My life consists of moving from a chapel to a factory to a cell and then smashing fingers on computer and using

flipping pages. I flip pages smash figures, fingers read German, flip pages, repeat.

It's like live, die, and repeat, except Tom Cruz doesn't die in it.

I do, in a little way each time.

Yeah.

I like to describe the Dominican life as a four step process and I change the three steps depending on time, place, setting and circumstance.

But in our present situation, it's like study, die and studying is not as glorious or glamorous as it once was when you're reading cool books and taking notes on them and being examined examined

examined and having that all confined within four month chunks where you're like

oh yes what a very easily realizable goal which I will certainly be done with
