Welcome to this week's installment of the deer hunter podcast.

What's going on?

I see a lot of people have started their deer seasons already.

We're just a couple weeks out here in Michigan ourselves.

I see some successful youth hunter photos coming out

across the social media platforms. It's here amazingly. Summer is pretty much in the rearview mirror

and deer season is upon us. We've been going so hard around here lately.

It's just been chaos.

I've been working 10, 12, 14, 16 hour days and coming home and attempting to keep up.

I have a bank of podcasts that I recorded here this week for you that did

follow along with us on social media. It's always tough. When we go deer hunting up north at our deer

camp and hunt the big woods that we hunt in northern Michigan, it's pretty rare to have

cell phone service. So we do the best that we possibly can to share the experience through that.

And to be honest with you, too, we're not the best at it. When the time comes and we finally do get

an opportunity to disconnect from work and

normal everyday life, it's kind of nice to just disconnect. And often, the only reason I'm even

looking at my phone throughout the course of the week or the weekend is when I'm navigating
