to simplify and buy less. Are there things that you have stopped buying through your simplifying

journey? I'd love to hear. So I'm so excited to talk about this, but I do want to offer a disclaimer. I had a little

trepidation when I was thinking of all the things I was going to share on this two-part series,

because here's the thing, simplifying is not one size fits all. It simply isn't. What's simple

for me and my values and my lifestyle and my home might not be for you.

And that's okay. But as opposed to a lot of minimalist gurus out there, my goal with this two-part series is to give you more of a whole picture.

Because simplifying is not just about getting rid of stuff and it's not just

about consuming less and buying less. That is only part of the picture. Sometimes simplifying can also

mean swapping out one product for a different one, Maybe investing in higher quality items. Purchasing intentional

items. Oh my gosh. Gosh forbid. We purchase something to simplify, right? Sometimes I have to purchase

intentional items that help make my life simpler. And that is considered simplifying to me.

And I should add, if you are a parent or a human being with a beating heart, chances are life changes, right? We have we have different needs

at different moments in time. And a lot of gurus in this space, I feel like, are so inflexible.
