Something we all need.

All of us need wisdom. I think about my life. I think about every fast in my life in my in my just personal life and my family and my marriage with my kids I think about the work that I God's call me to do I

need wisdom at every single level I don't need just wisdom for big decisions I need

wisdom all day long like moment by moment and

Isaiah 28 promises that God is wonderful in counsel don't don't you love talking

with somebody and they just give great counsel and you think,

oh that was so encouraging. So you go back to that person later and they give great counsel

again and great counsel again or you talk to somebody and it's like wow that person is

so wise I'm just so thankful for that person in my life because they they just

pour wisdom into me that I need to hear and so

Isaiah 28 is saying look up to the Lord of hosts. He is wonderful in council and

excellent. He's excellent in wisdom.

So we pray together then today, God, we look to you as our counselor.

We praise you for even calling your spirit in us, the counselor, for the not just in big decisions, but the moment by moment council you give us by your spirit.

We praise you for your excellence in wisdom.

We praise you for that in your word.
