how you're doing today, Paul.

No, there really isn't.

No. Not so good, not so good.

At least as it relates to Marvel Things and I'm reminded of February 9, 2015, but in a completely different way,

where back on that day, four and a half years ago

There was an announcement that Disney slash Marvel studios had entered into agreement with

Sony to share the rights for Spider-Man and we've

been benefiting from that both studios have been benefiting and we as fans have

been benefiting ever since but now it looks like that deal is very much in danger of not continuing or not

having another round of an extension because and because it was before

and we were hoping it would be extended again. We even started thinking maybe it already was extended

because of the mid-credit scene for Spider-Man far from home

gave us a lot of hope that because they had a clear direction

of where things seemed to be headed, that that meant everybody was on the same page and everybody was together for the long haul between Sony, Disney, and Marvel Studios for Spider-Man, that does not appear to be the case. So negotiations for an

extension beyond Spider-Man far from home have broken down according to a

report from deadline. So Disney and Marvel Studios and so many pictures they are at an

impasse and we do not know as of right now Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios

are not going to be not going to be producing Spider-Man solo films.
