On September 13th, 1991, 36-year-old Tom Roche dropped his longtime girlfriend off at work in Burbank, California.

He told her he was heading home to work on his motorcycle, and he had plans to meet her for lunch later that day, but Tom never showed up.

Days later, Tom's girlfriend received a disturbing letter from someone claiming to have killed him.

The writer included Tom's personal belongings and described luring him to a meeting before killing him.

But more than 34 years later, his case remains unsolved, leaving everyone with the same question.
