Hey everyone, before we go into the show, I just wanted to do some housekeeping.

The podcast is going to be taking a couple months off. I know that's a huge bummer.

It's a bummer for me too. I'm already missing it even though we still have a few episodes coming out.

I think we've got like four more weeks of stuff coming out, so we're not just going to drop out

of your feet right away. Basically, I need some time off. Last time I took any time off was to move

to a new house and get surgery, which is not very relaxing. I did not feel super replenished.

I just need time to myself and I also want some time to kind of figure out where the podcast is

going to go from here. It's not going to go away. I just want to change things up a little bit,

whether that's changing the release schedule or what the podcast is kind of structured like,

because right now with the way that it's released week to week, I don't really have much time

to do the big research episodes that I know everyone loves and I love to. They're the ones that

I'm the most proud of. I also want to be able to do other stuff on the Dead Meat channel itself.

I have tons of ideas that wouldn't really work for the podcast, but as it is right now,

I just don't have the time to do that kind of stuff. The podcast is not going anywhere.

It's not ending. When we come back after a few months, I'm just going to have changed the release

schedule, I think. Basically, I'm just kind of rearranged things. My schedule is a bit more

workable because right now I'm feeling the burnout hard. I love the show so much that I never want

to feel like that when I'm working on it because you don't deserve that. Listening to it in the show

itself doesn't deserve that either. It's no fun when we're not having fun. That said, though,

please enjoy this week. This was the most fun I've had recording the podcast in a while because

it just got so silly. Enjoy our March Madness bracket, including a bunch of characters. You're
