What's up friends, happy podcast day.

Once again, this is the second podcast I've released in the past 12 years.

I'm happy to be getting back in the rhythm of it. I love these things and I love this way

more of long forms and see your way of connecting with your beautiful loving for yourself.

I've got a friend of mine, Alec Zach, who you'll hear the conversation with. Now, Alec Zach,

he's a former military. I think the best way to describe him is he's a bold brave truth-seeking

freedom crusader. He's helping the freedom crusader he is and how much truth he seeks and speaks.

Instagram has be platformed him seven times. He's now on his eighth Instagram account. You know,

I have to get a different phone, open up a new account so then it's him as a way of reaching people

and each time this is how much truth he speaks, people flock to him. Now his seventh Instagram

account is bigger than all his other ones. Even though Instagram keeps de-platforming, de-platforming

him, the light of truth shines. You can't dampen it. You can try to extinguish it, but it just keeps

shining. So many people that I follow on Instagram for both truth-paced news, enlightened opinions,

inspiration and people in the freedom movement, they almost all follow Alec Zach. He's really built

a name for himself without even trying. He's just like a bold brave. Here's the truth as I see it

and I want to help people. So I love this conversation. He's bold and brave yet. He's incredibly

soulful, introspective. And for me, there's two fronts to the freedom movement. The outer front,

fight the tyranness, we stand for freedom and we don't back down and then there's the inner front.
