We spent lots of time with cousins and family

and friends. And it was so nice to relax and take a break from doing the normal school week

stuff and normal work. And so it was so nice. But I'm ready to be back at work and doing

podcasts. All right. So to start off,

I wanted to read a review from Welcome, Tee, and for the podcast, they wrote, I love these.

I was listening to these all night long, and I just discovered you yesterday. I have a question,

though. How do you deal with bullying at school without teachers or the principal involved? First, I love that you left a question, though. How do you deal with bullying at school without teachers or the principal

involved? First, I love that you left a question in the review. I love it when I get questions

in the reviews and I really try to answer them or do a podcast topic on them. So if you have

Okay. Bullying is one of the topics that I want to cover in 2022, but I'm going to try to answer

your question in like two minutes today, really quick. Okay. So the thing about bullying is that

if you experience bullying, it leads to social anxiety and depression for many teens.

Bullying is also a learned behavior.

And with any learned behavior in order for someone to unlearn it, there needs to be consequences for that behavior and the abuse that is occurring.

Okay, so humans need consequences to behaviors in order to unlearn them.

All right.

Teachers and principals are the appropriate channels to take for any consequences related

to bullying.
