episode. I've had this book in my Kindle library for ages. I came across it randomly. It was

free on Kindle unlimited, so I decided to buy it. And it was only this week that I actually sat

down and read it. And the book is called The South Shields Poltergeist, One Family's Fight Against

an Invisible Intruder by Darren W. Ritzen. As always, the link to that will be in the description

of this episode. I'm going to get straight into it. I'm excited.

The thing that always fascinates me about Poltergeist cases is their similarities.

Each case feels like a carbon copy of the last. And it often feels like you could just swap out names

and places and still be telling the same story. It's the reason why we don't do more than one haunted

house story in a row. It becomes a linear and predictable narrative. But I think that makes it all
