Summary

On today’s powerful episode, Dr. Caroline Myss discusses the power of words — how we give meaning to words, their tone, and their volume. How we have our own personal rules for words. When people unknowingly violate these rules, we feel violated as a person. But what we forget is that the way we react and respond to these verbal violations is totally self-created.
