today. Now let's get started. Well, hello, my friend. It's good to be with you here today. Listen, today's episode is coming on the heels of a brand new workshop that we just recently delivered, which was training community managers and community directors. Now, this was a request that we had been getting for a long time from a bunch of people. I want to give a shout out to the one and only Amy Porterfield who has been really pushing this forward because she recently has just

hired a number of people on her team to help manage her membership and community. And one of the

questions that we were getting from her and from many others was like, how do I train these people?

Like what do I tell them to do? And so

our community director, Shanna, who has been working in communities for a long time, and one of the

big reasons we hired her to come on our team is to help us with our communities. But long story

short, these requests were coming to me. They were coming to her. And so finally we got together

and we said, okay, let's make this happen. So we did a small little workshop. We just put it out there with literally a Facebook post. And I can talk to maybe in a future episode about that whole strategy because bottom line is like you and I, we got to get out of our own way. When we want to launch something, we got to get out of our own way. We got to make it as easy as possible. We did that with this workshop. I'm going to walk you
