Welcome to another episode of the Awake with Jake Show.

On today's episode, we will be dropping in for a guided meditation to help you create a clear vision

for 2020.

Now, as you enter this sacred and safe place, I want you to think about what is your intention

for 2020?

Just sit with that and feel into it as you close your eyes, breathing into your body,

feeling this moment, this eternal present moment.

I want you just to gently breathe in through your nose, filling up your lungs, and hold at the top.

And release through your mouth.

Two more just like this.

And with each breath in and out, you're releasing the tension from your body breathing in

breathing out breathing in breathing in breathing out feel your feet Breathing out.

Feel your feet connecting to the floor.

Envisioning roots coming out of your feet,

grounding down into Mother Earth.

Feeling this divine connection.

Feeling this cosmic flow of energy,

flooding your body,

flooding every single cell in your body,

exploding with energy.

Feeling yourself plugging into this vibrational grid.
