and I feel sick and depressed. Why? Because I made a pizza for dinner. I do this a surprising

amount. I didn't realise that the amount of dough provided was for two pizzas. I just thought

this dough just keeps going and going. So it's probably about 2,000 calories of pizza dough

alone as we get into toppings. And then before we started this recording about 7 o'clock

I thought, oh just watch a documentary about something. I watched a very disturbing documentary

in Channel 4 which I haven't been able to finish so the people who have offended are still

at large. So you're pretty just this. I haven't had the comforting so and so was found

guilty trial and given 20 years. So they're still a potential danger in the narrative.

Yeah. One thing that stuck with me from my media studies course when I was 17, a

of predators. What's that? It didn't start like that. It was you're straight in there.

Oh. Have you completed your your double pizza? Oh yeah, completed the double pizza earlier

and then my neighbour I bought my neighbour some dates from the supermarket because she asked

me to and she used them to make a sticky sticky tocky.
