How's, how's D-block? Oh, D Block is chilly. It snowed last night. It's 35 degrees right now. Just heady times, man. Got the sweater out of the closet yesterday.

Gonna have to get some a jacket out today, I think.

But things are good.

Any news on the, you know, moving into the neighborhood front you making any friends or any any restaurants or any haunts that you've recently discovered?

Well, I met my I met my neighbors, Peter and Annette, a delightful couple, just absolutely delightful.

I want to give them a special shout out.

You know, I've said hi to some other people that live around me, but I haven't had the chance to really go deep yet.

I think I'm hoping once the weather like warms up and stays warm, it'll be a lot more hanging out on patio.

Be a little easier to meet and talk to some of my neighbors.

Gosh, Hans, you know, I, on actually our mutual friend, Mr. Pouche, he encouraged me to check out this place

called Bardot in the Highlands, which is like an Italian place it was fantastic you know I love

Italian food t.C so that was that was good I'm still spreading my my coffee shop

love around I don't want to commit to one spot yet. I've been trying out a bunch of different places, having fun, you know, sampling, sampling.

Yeah, it's like, you know, I'm a month in. I don't want to I don't want to commit to something this soon. Yeah, I'm with you. Well, you know, I'm headed out there Memorial Day weekend.

I got a wedding out in Keystone.

I was looking at rental cars last night.

It's crazy.

The rental car scene right now is insane.
