of the decisions that we've made.

To do this, we need to face the heart.

We need to talk it out.

We need to lean into community,

relatability, and understanding.

We need to hear how other people got it together,

how they overcame the shame, hurt, toxicity, and past trauma

and chose to move forward.

But nobody talks about the hard stuff enough. Life is

tough and confusing and yet we try to glide over the struggles like the glaze on

a donna and expect to come out unscathed on the other side. We don't deal with the hard, we just keep moving forward, distracting ourselves with scrolling, Netflix binges, and a busy, busy life.

But none of us want to feel like we're drowning or settling in the one life that we've been given.

And that's where this show comes in.
