Welcome Rachel La Forest. Thank you so much for having me WIO. I am so

excited for this has been a long time coming you'll hear everything. So Rachel can you start out by telling our

listeners on a scale of one to ten if this is your sexual shame or meter scale with

ten being the most full of shame and one being at least full of shame, where do you fall right now today in this moment?

Oh, and I love this question that you do, I am so proud to say I'm at a one.

Why?

Oh my gosh because I spent so much of my life hating myself due to the Holy Trinity of hate,

capitalism, patriarchy, and religion, and full of so much shame that I reached a breaking point and have been unlearning the shame and saying

fuck shame ever since and literally my sexual journey has been fucking the shame out of my body. It's so like visceral to me. Beautiful. And yeah, I'm down to a one, but I will say progress is not a straight line and occasionally we bump up to like a

three four and then and then we have to be like why? What usually bumps you?
