Hello and welcome to this week's Squidley Career podcast. I'm Helen and I'm joined by Sarah. Hello Sarah. Hi everybody. So just as we did last week, it's probably worth us just thinking about when we're recording this because I think everything is changing so quickly that it's useful to know what this moment and time is when we're recording it. But that is apparently what's happened.

1:15.8

So I'm doing yoga every day, a live virtual yoga session every day.

1:21.5

And I've signed up to a month of that.

1:23.8

And yesterday I really didn't fancy it.

1:25.3

And I still did it.

1:26.3

And I felt better.

1:27.5

So the exercise thing is definitely a plus.

1:29.6

I keep waking up really achy.

1:31.8

So I'm like, oh God, my legs really like.

1:33.5

Like a good ache.

1:34.6

Yeah, in a smug way, obviously.

1:36.4

I'm getting really hungry because I think I'm actually burning off more calories.
