but this week we got Kevin Kratick local builder to Boston on the podcast.

Man, we talk about nothing what we thought we would talk about.

I feel like this is every episode.

I didn't have expectations.

I just thought it would be a great conversation and it was.

Yeah, I mean he's got he you know he started as a finished carpenter and you know made the

switch what he say 12 years in into wanting to be a general contractor almost out of necessity but understanding that he wanted to do bigger and better projects and the consistent chase to do bigger and better projects and work with really great people.

I think that's what it came down to is, you know, how he got to a point that he could work with great people and

develop really great communication habits without losing any of that stuff.

Yeah.

And being involved in the day to day.
