He tweeted this out. Reminder to the Republican state legislatures. You have the final say over choosing of electors, not any board of elections, Secretary of State, governor, or even the court. You have the final say, Article 2 of the federal constitution. So get ready to do your constitutional duty. Now, that tweet caused a little bit of panic by the leftist media.
