I'm excited about this interview.

So we get to talk to Ryan Lundquist today. I think I'm saying his name right. He's going to correct me if I didn't. I'm out in Sacramento. I'm at the Rog Talks conference. But the fun part about it, Ryan just got offstage talking about things. But the reason I was excited to interview Ryan is today today was like a blast from the past.

Ten years ago when we were doing a ton of volume out in Sacramento, there were a lot of emails and data and things like that going back and forth with him as an appraiser.

And we're going to talk, I don't really know what we're going to talk about yet.

I'll find it. Yeah. How long you lived in Sacramento? For 22, 23 years. Yeah. How did you get into becoming an appraiser? Well, by accident, you know, most people in real estate, you know, knew someone. And for me, I was formally

teaching at a crime stool. And the wife got pregnant and needed to make more money. I used some

appraisatives. And it's as simple as that saying, hey, guys would he train me. And they said yes.

And haven't looked at. Yeah. The, how has this year been for like, you know, because I guess maybe the last few years.

And what do I really mean by that? Um, appraisers, I think are busy during refinance times

if transactions aren't happening or they're busy during high sales times. It's also like,

that's kind of limited. Like some, some people always choose the same appraiser.

So it's kind of like you've been in the business a long time. So has your business been

affected in a negative way, cash flow wise the last few years? So I have a little bit of unique
