Today, we are going to find your word of the year.

The word that will guide you going into 2023, it will be, think of it as your theme.

It's a theme for all of it, everything that you're doing in 2023.

So we will get to that, Shady and I will both choose our words for the year, and then

my husband Joe will stop by, and he is going to choose his word for the year.

I would not say that Joe has an intuitive understanding of this concept.

Every time, every year that I've had him on to choose a word of the year, he displays

that he is not tracking with this concept.

He once suggested that I add the word Sith, I guess from Star Wars, he's like, you should

add the word Sith.

And I said, well, no, that would be a dumb word to put in my generator, because the idea

is whatever word you get should be your theme.

It should guide your decisions and your mood and your vibes throughout the year, and

he's like, I don't know Sith, like that could be pretty cool.

And then he thought for a moment and said, okay, but you should definitely add the word

rad.

I actually like that.

Actually, okay, that was not a terrible idea.
