Hello, hello, and welcome back to another episode of the Joyfield podcast. Before we go any

further, can you, can we just acknowledge the fact that it is already November?

Like, what is even happening? I cannot believe that we are already almost to the end of the year.

What a year it has been. I am fully, fully just diving into like cozy fall. If I wish you could see me right now,

I am currently wrapped in a blanket recording this because it is cold where we live.

And I had a kid wake up with a coughing sore throat today. I'm like, fall is here. The cold

is here. It's been rainy all week. So yeah, happy fall,

happy November. I cannot believe that it's already the end of the year. Funny, also, funny thing

that I realized today, just as I was about to hit record, is that at the time of recording this, exactly one year ago

today, we uploaded what at the time we thought was the final farewell episode of the Joyfield

podcast. So November 4th, 2024, we uploaded the final episode of the Joyfield podcast, and I truly did not know
