We got Dr. George Fraser, my main man.

I love me, some Dr. George Fraser on the show today.

And today he's going to talk about what it truly means to be a leader, especially in the

context of the black community.

He's also going to talk about leadership as it pertains to taking responsibility for your

life and really owning your life and directing your own life and feel a rant coming on.

I have thoughts, you know me, I have thoughts about this topic and it is interesting that this

episode is about leadership and taking responsibility because in my opinion, this is a general

statement.

Of course, there are always exceptions.

The leaders in the black community, they almost never talk about responsibility.

They ever talk about reading, they ever talk about developing skills, they never talk about taking

responsibility for your own life.

Everything is always somebody else's fault.

Somebody didn't give us something or somebody didn't make it super easy for us to do something like

everything needs to be easy for black people to do.

There needs to be like special rules for black people because we are on cable will of doing

anything, which is untrue, but it has repeated over and over and over and over again.

It's as if, you know, because of the color of my skin, I am somehow incapable of getting an
