| 1:23.6 | week and a half I would say like 60 to 80% of the days for sure but even the time within |
| 1:32.4 | the day I'm like taking hot showers trying to relax eventually taking ibuprofen or |
| 1:39.9 | you know something similar yeah we're going through our supply very quickly which is |
| 1:43.7 | un-richen it yeah I try to avoid taking too many but so that's been what's weighing on |
| 1:50.4 | me recently right now I'm in a lucky state like somehow it has backed off of it but the |
| 1:56.9 | last three days I've been okay yeah yeah we need to put a little more effort into some |
| 2:01.5 | physical activity trying to go somewhere where not everyone else is also out for their physical |
