We have commercial brokers international in Los Angeles that I'm a partner in. We have ICON Capital Advisors. It's a commercial real estate mortgage company I'm a partner in. We have commercial real estate affiliate network that I'm a partner in. |

| 1:21.7 | different. The first one was an auction company, no internet. That was strictly cold calling, right? |
