The attack took place at an adult-oriented business near Havenhurst and Sadakoy in Van Nuys.

On June 1st, 2010, Stephen Clancy Hill, also known by his stage name, Steve Driver attacked several coworkers with a prop samurai sword attacking several, wounding two and killing actor Herbert Hyn Wong also known by his
