Hello again, podcast listening friend. I'm glad you're here. Today we have another real person

episode where today's real person is Brian Alexander from Oregon. It is not Oregon.

So all of you ignorant North Eastoners like myself who thinks or used to think it's Oregon,

it is not, as you hear in the podcast, I learned from, I wasn't until I was like 18 or 19.

I met someone in college who was from California and said, no, silly,

it's Oregon, not Oregon. So I've since realized or since pronounced it correctly. Anyway, I don't know

I'm going with that. We got a good one today. Brian is a really cool guy, interesting story. I'm glad he

was willing and able to share. And I folded in a new question. So you'll notice

these episodes, there's less questions than there was last year. I decided to trim out some of the

questions because I thought some of them were kind of duplicative or unnecessary and also in the name

of trying to shorten up the length of these episodes a bit.

So there are less questions going forward than there was last time, but I did add one,

just like I added last week to the retirement planner chat, a question about like,

what's the fun random fact about yourself?

So I'm looking forward to hearing that for everyone.

It makes me smile as I sit here on the other end of the microphone and record with these folks.
