head and they're like, oh, I'm only doing this or I'm only losing half a pound a week or like whatever it is, which is still tremendous progress. But I do believe that, you know, if you're not on the couch eating Cheetos every single night, going above your calorie, skipping workouts, that even if you are still getting in for a, you know, small amount of time or still tracking your calories or doing whatever, eating healthier, that you are making amazing progress. just stay on the course and you're beating those who aren't doing anything.

It's actually his definition of insanity where he said doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result and i was just thinking about this um you know with a lot of people and even me like the other day i came in the gym and i'm like i'm not feeling it too i'm not going to warm up and then the one day i would don't warm up i'm like ooh it felt a little tightness there and i'm like hey i should know this like the few times I don't warm up, I definitely don't feel as good.

So why would I be insane with myself, do the same thing and expect, you know, like, oh, it'll be completely cool. It's different now. And I think when I thought of that, I was thinking how many people I know that do the same diets or the same cycle of cutting down, treading up, and then just gaining it all back, doing it all over again,
