At the end of our lives we want to be equally proud of the

decisions that we've made. To do this we need to face the heart. We need to talk it out. We need to

lean into community, relatability, and understanding. We need to hear how other people

got it together, how they overcame the shame, hurt, toxicity, and past trauma and chose to move forward. But nobody talks about the hard stuff enough. Life is

tough and confusing and yet we try to glide over the struggles like the glaze on

a donut and expect to come out unscathed on the other side.
