If you've ever searched online for gardening ideas or a solution to a problem that you're having,

have you ever wondered if what you're reading is actually true? Will it work in your garden, or is it just an old

wife's tale, or does it work for some people, but not everyone? What about things that gardeners swear works, but you can't find

any scientific evidence to back it up? Do you just give up on everything that hasn't been proven

by a study? Personally, I think there's room for both. I think it's important to be able to look at

the research that's been done. I think it's wise to be judicious with the advice that we receive.

I think it's good to test different ideas.
