Let's jump into this.

So I want to talk about dealing with drama.

All of us have drama in our lives.

Some of us are really good at dealing with it.

Others of us, aka myself, am not so good at dealing with drama.

Mostly because when I feel anxious or something isn't working or I'm being misunderstood,

I panic.

Does anybody else feel that way?

My anxiety skyrockets.

And really the worst version of Havela shows up.

And I'm not doing well.
