That seems to be what most people are interested right now.

And we're going to have an interesting week, I think, mostly focusing on litigation involving the election.

We're going to start out with an observation from Robert Barnes.

Media gaslighting that widespread fraud must have occurred to doubt election outcome.

That is not the legal standard.

All Donald Trump must show is that an honest vote of lawful ballots places the election in doubt, even if merely irregularity creates that doubt.

And we're talking about civil litigation and the burden of proof for civil litigation is a preponderance of evidence.
