Jason Lingran's with me. We're going to go big into what has become of medicine and health care in this country.

Basically everything has become, for the most part, allopathic medicine.

And we'll show how that happened and how the robber barons and monopolies and filthy rich that were in power basically took it

over we'll show how that happened we'll show the dividing line between medicine

in this country that was not-for-profit up until the early 70s at which point we all began to hear words like

HMO and slowly everything became for profit but as I do so often I try to

boil things down to a common sense way to think about them.

If you simply say does everyone deserve health care,

it quickly becomes a political argument.

So I boil it down below the possibility of that argument. And I say it like this. If you're in the

desert and you find a human being who's dying of thirst and needs water and you have

water should that human being get water and that is in fact the same argument that we're going to cover through all of this

boiled down more simply to get beyond the political football and

programming nonsense that's been attached to it all.
